Mandatory Captain's Meeting: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Calcutta Auction: After Captain's Meeting- Raffle Drawing

Saturday - August 1st-

Weigh-In: 1:00 pm- 3:30 pm **Cut off 3:30 pm**

Dinner and Awards 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

All teams are encouraged to take pictures and videos during the event. Please text your pictures/videos to Julissa Ramos at 210-527-7074. Remember to tag HCA de SA and use the hashtag #tresamigos2026 and #hcadesa when using social media.
